INGREDIENTS

1 | c | Whipping cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place pears in a buttered shallow baking pan; sprinkle with sugar, and dot with butter. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes or until sugar turns brown; baste several times.
