INSTRUCTIONS
In a small sauce pan over low heat, gently warm the chestnut honey. Peel, core and quarter pears, remove seeds and strands. Divide pears in the center of 4 individual plates and randomly shave shards of caciotta over the pears. Place 5 hazelnuts on each plate. Using a tablespoon, randomly drizzle the warm honey over each plate. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 4 dessert or cheese course servings.
