INGREDIENTS

1 | c | White wine |
1 | c | Water |
1 | c | Lowfat yogurt |
1/4 | c | No sugar added fruit spread |
1 | t | Almond extract |
4 | Sprigs mint |
INSTRUCTIONS
Poach pears in wine and water until soft, about 7 minutes. Combine yogurt with 1 tablespoon fruit spread and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. In another bowl, combine remaining spreadand extract. Take yogurt and pour into circles on dessert plates. Make 2 thin circles with fruit spread and swirl with knife. Place pear in center and garnish with mint. Variation: Use apple juice for wine and water.
