INSTRUCTIONS
Saute the onion in the olive oil until soft, then add half the prosciutto
and cook a little longer. Add the peas and toss a little. Add the stock,
the remaining prosciutto and simmer until the peas are cooked. This dish
can be prepared the day before and reheated when ready to serve.
