INGREDIENTS
| 2 | c | Pecans; chopped |
| 1 | tb | Flour |
| 1 | tb | Corn starch |
| 2 | lg | Egg whites |
| 1 | pn | Salt |
| 1 | c | Light brown sugar; packed |
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the nut medium fine. Mix the nuts , flour and cornstarch in a small bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Fold in the flour/nut mixture. Drop by spoonfulls onto parchment paper. Bake in preheated 300 oven for about 18-20 minutes.
