Ingredients: 1/2 c Butter; 1/4 c Sugar; 2 tb Milk; 1/2 ts Salt; 1/4 c Flour -Filling---; 2 Eggs; beaten; 2 tb Flour; 1 c Pecans; chopped; 1 ts Vanilla; 2/3 c Corn Syrup; 1/4 c Brown Sugar; 1/2 ts Salt

INGREDIENTS

1/2	c	Butter
1/4	c	Sugar
2	tb	Milk
1/2	ts	Salt
1/4	c	Flour -Filling—
2		Eggs; beaten
2	tb	Flour
1	c	Pecans; chopped
1	ts	Vanilla
2/3	c	Corn Syrup
1/4	c	Brown Sugar
1/2	ts	Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream ingredients for Pecan Tassies; add 1/4 cup flour; make into pie
crust. Line small muffin tins (greased) with crust mixture. Dough the size
of a large marble should cover tin. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
FILLING: Mix together and add filling to cooked crust and return to oven
for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool before removing.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
