INGREDIENTS

2 tb Butter
1/3 c Vodka
1/2 ts Red pepper flakes
1 c Canned tomatoes
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Parmigiano Reggiano

INSTRUCTIONS

~-Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat.  Stir in vodka and pepper
flakes and heat gently for 2 minutes.  Add tomatoes and salt and cook over
high heat, stirring to break up the tomatoes until thick (approx. 5
minutes). --Stir in heavy cream and cook until thick (approx. 5 minutes or
more). Stir in parmesan cheese. Toss with cooked penne or rigatoni style
pasta
