INGREDIENTS

1/3 | c | Vodka |
1/2 | t | Red pepper flakes |
1 | c | Canned tomatoes |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/2 | c | Heavy cream |
1/4 | c | Parmigiano Reggiano |
INSTRUCTIONS
~-Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in vodka and pepper flakes and heat gently for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and salt and cook over high heat, stirring to break up the tomatoes until thick (approx. 5 minutes). --Stir in heavy cream and cook until thick (approx. 5 minutes or more).
