INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Sour cream
2 Scallions, sliced with tops
2 t Grainy Dijon mustard
1 t Prepared horseradish
1 Spam Less-Sodium luncheon
meat – 12 oz sliced 4
pieces
4 Kaiser rolls, split toasted
1 c Peloponnese roasted sweet
red peppers sliced
1 Green bell pepper, cut into
rings
1 c Banana peppers, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

In small bowl, combine sour cream, scallions, mustard, and
horseradish; set aside. In large skillet over medium-high heat,
lightly brown Spam slices on both sides.  Spread 1 tablespoon of sour
cream mixture on each of four roll  halves. Top with Spam, peppers, and
remaining sour cream mixture.  Place tops of rolls on sandwiches and
