INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, water,
black pepper and salt; mix well. Shape into 4 equal size patties.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add burgers and
cook 7 to 9 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Serve
