INSTRUCTIONS
Brush steaks lightly with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine all
seasonings. Sprinkle seasonings over steak and press into both sides. Cover
and chill for one hour. Grill steaks turning once over medium hot coals for
14-18 min. for rare; 18-22 min. for medium; 24-28 min for well-done.
