INSTRUCTIONS
Slice steak in thin julienne strips. Saute in hot oil until brown. Add
remaining ingredients. Cook 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are clear &
crisp. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles or both. Yields 4-6 servings.
