INSTRUCTIONS
In skillet melt butter, add beef, sprinkle with garlic powder and sauté',
stirring slightly until browned. Remove meat, add onion and green peppers
and sauté about 2 mins. Return together with cornstarch, bouillon, water,
soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir into meat mixture. Pour tomatoes over all
and continue to cook just till thickened. Serve immediately, topped with
whipped potatoes. Can use round steak, also.
