Meats Meat 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Steak; cut in strips (up to)
6 tb Butter
Garlic salt
2 Onions; chopped
3 Green peppers; chopped
1 Or
2 Tomatoes; chopped
1 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Water
1 tb Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown steak in butter and simmer a few minutes. Remove meat from pan and
set aside. Add onions, pepper and tomatoes to pan, season with garlic salt,
and saute a few minutes. Return meat to pan. Meanwhile, combine cornstarch,
water and soy sauce. Stir into meat mixture and simmer until thickened.
Serve over coked rice.
