INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix garlic, red pepper flakes, and oils and cook slightly in a large
pot. Brown steak.
2. Add mushrooms and sauté until almost done; add peppers and cook until
bright green.
3. Then add tomato and green onions. Dissolve cornstarch in sherry and soy
sauce, and add to pot.
4. Let cook until desired doneness. Serve over rice.
