INGREDIENTS

1 | c | Sliced onion |
1/2 | c | Coarsely chopped celery |
1 | c | Sliced mushrooms |
2 | T | Butter or margarine |
1 | t | Salt |
2 | T | Soy sauce |
1 | T | Corn starch |
1 | c | Water |
1 1/2 | t | Baltimore Spice Old Bay |

INSTRUCTIONS
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent. Serve over rice.
