Name: Peppered Honey Mustard
Ingredients: 3/4 c Dijon mustard; 1/4 c Honey; 1 tb Cracked pepper; 1/8 ts Salt; Garnish: cracked pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

:    This mustard is excellent with chicken or mixed into a homemade
vinaigrette salad dressing.
:    Combine first 4 ingredients in a small serving bowl, stirring well.
Garnish, if desired.  Yield: 1 cup. "Southern Living", November, 1995.
