Name: Peppered Pecans (Tabasco)
Ingredients: 3 tb Butter or margarine; 3 Cloves garlic; minced; 2 1/2 ts TABASCO pepper sauce; 1/2 ts Salt; 3 c Pecan halves

INGREDIENTS

3	tb	Butter or margarine
3		Cloves garlic; minced
2 1/2	ts	TABASCO pepper sauce
1/2	ts	Salt
3	c	Pecan halves

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 250F.
In small skillet melt butter. Add garlic; Tabasco pepper sauce and salt;
cook 1 minute. Toss pecans with butter mixture; spread in single layer on
baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp; stir occasionally.
Makes 3 cups.
