INGREDIENTS
3 | T | Butter or margarine |
3 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
2 1/2 | t | TABASCO pepper sauce |
1/2 | t | Salt |
3 | c | Pecan halves |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 250F. In small skillet melt butter. Add garlic; Tabasco pepper sauce and salt; cook 1 minute. Toss pecans with butter mixture; spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp; stir occasionally. Makes 3 cups.
