Ingredients: 1/4 c Firmly packed light brown sugar; 3 tb Balsamic vinegar; 3/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper; 2 c Fresh blueberries

Resolved, to endeavor, to my utmost, to deny whatever is not most agreeable to a good, and universally sweet and benevolent, quiet, peaceable, contented and easy, compassionate and generous, humble and meek, submissive and obliging, diligent and industrious, charitable and even, patient, moderate, forgiving and sincere temper; and to do at all times, what such a temper would lead me to; and to examine strictly, at the end of every week, whether I have done so. INGREDIENTS

1/4	c	Firmly packed light brown sugar

2	c	Fresh blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl combine brown sugar, vinegar and pepper until smooth. Add
blueberries; toss to coat. Let stand at room temperature at least 20
minutes. To use: drizzle over mixed fruits, over ice cream or pound cakes.
