Eggs St. patrick, Side dish, Pasta 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c ( 1 stick) butter, melted
6 c Shredded cabbage
2 tb Sugar
Salt & freshly ground pepper
12 oz Thin egg noodles, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add cabbage and
saute until lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Mix in sugar, salt and
pepper.  Add noodles and toss to combine. Reduce heat to low and stir until
warmed through.  Serve at once. Yield: 6 servings Typed in MMFormat by
