INSTRUCTIONS
Cut bacon into large strips, add onion. Saute until clear. Add potatoes,
cook for 3 minutes. Add green peppers and seasoning. Cook until potatoes
are soft. Garnish with chopped parsley.
NOTE: Ground beef may be used with the bacon.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
