Any size prime rib roast; room temp. |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375. Rub roast with cut garlic clove. Rub with sesame oil
and season with salt and pepper. Place roast on rack in middle of oven.
Roast one hour and turn oven off - do not open oven at any time. May be
held in oven for several hours ( I have only let it in for about 1 1/2).
Before serving, turn oven on again to 375, 30 minutes for rare, 40 minutes
for medium rare. Works for any size prime rib roast. Ask butcher for roast
to serve number of guests.
I prepare using this method and it works every time! Saturday I saw this
prepared on a cooking channel and thought it would complement the roast
nicely.
