Perfect Rice

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Place 1 3/4 cup of water in a pan, and add 1 cup rice.  Bring to a boil,
then re duce heat and cover, stirring occasionally.  When the liquid is
gone, the rice s hould be properly cooked.  Fluff with a fork or chopsticks
before serving.  The total cooking time should be around 20 minutes to 1/2
hour, once the pan is cove red.
