INGREDIENTS

1		M&S green cabbage
2		Cloves Garlic
1		Bag M&S Desir.e potatoes
		Knob of M&S butter
		M&S olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Finely chop or food process a fresh M&S green cabbage, add to boiling
water with two cloves of garlic and cook for 4 min. Drain well and leave to
one side.
2 Boil and mash some M&S Desir.e potatoes, mix with the cabbage and a knob
of M&S butter.
3 Heat some M&S olive oil in a frying pan, adding some M&S streaky bacon
and cook till crispy.
4 Remove the bacon from the oil, add to the cabbage and potato mix.
5 Form into patties and with the bacon flavoured oil fry the patties until
golden on each side.
