NOTES : This is very detailed, but as tropical as it gets. Serve with
Peas'n'rice, peas'n'grits, or any type of traditional stuffing. In Brazil
this is garnished wth an egg-yolk sweet, known as fio d'ovos, which is
portuguese in origin.
