INSTRUCTIONS

Toss apples with lemon juice.Mix together cinnamon,sugar and nutmeg,and
combine with apples.Set aside.Beat eggs until light and fluffy,slowly
adding sugar and vanilla extract.Stir in oil,cake meal,potato starch,and
salt.Put half of batter into a greased,9x13 inch baking pan.Spread apple
mixture on top.Cover with remaining batter.Combine streusal ingrediants,and
sprinkle on top of batter.Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1
hour,10 minutes.
