Serving Ideas: Pesto is a perfect accompaniment to poultry, fish,
vegetables, or pasta.
Comments: Pesto is a very popular sauce that has been around for years, but
during the past 10 to 15 years it has become standard restaurant fare.
Although jars of pesto are readily available in supermarkets and gourmet
shops throughout the United States, fresh pesto is outstanding, easy to
make, and can be frozen for several months.
