INGREDIENTS

4 POTATOES
1/4 c PESTO
1/4 c SOUR CREAM
1/4 c ASIAGO OR PARMESAN

INSTRUCTIONS

BAKE POTATOES IN OVEN OR MICROWAVE. SLICE OF TOP QUARTER. SCOOP OUT
INTERIOR AND BREAK UP WITH A FORK. STIR IN PESTO, SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE.
MOUND BACK INTO SHELLS. SPRINKLE WITH MORE CHEESE AND BROIL 4'' FROM THE
HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN.
