INGREDIENTS

1 cn Pumpkin
3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c Sugar, brown
1 cn Milk, canned
3/4 ts Salt
1 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1 pk Cake mix, white
1/4 c Butter; melted
1/4 c Pecans; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk, and seasonings. Pour
into buttered 9x13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top and push down into
pumpkin mixture, but do not mix. Drizzle melted butter over top, then
sprinkle with pecan pieces.  Bake 45-60 minutes. Serve warm or cold with
whipped topping.
Sylvia's comments: Michie is a co-worker who brought this to work. A
delicious and very different way to serve pumpkin.
