INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the ground beef, onion and garlic in a frying pan until the meat is
well browned and the onions are translucent. Mix in the rest of the
ingredients. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 25 minutes. This
can be used as a filling for tacos or can be served with mexican rice as a
main dish.
