1/2	c	Brown sugar
2	c	Cider vinegar
1	c	Water

INSTRUCTIONS

This is my grandmother's recipe and it's very simple. Multiply recipe as
needed.
Heat to boiling. Pour over cooked beets in sterilized jars. Seal.
I bring these to barbecues at work and other functions and am always asked
