INSTRUCTIONS
Peel cloves, cut in half lenghtwise if large. In a 2 or 3 qt. non-aluminum
pot, combine vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to boil and stir until sugar is
dissolved. Drop garlic into mixture and cook uncovered over high heat 1
minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool in pot.
Store in tightly covered jar in fridge.
Notes: I used the garlic in pasta sauce or any recipe that calls for garlic
but my favorite way to eat it is to eat as is. Delicious!
