INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh mushrooms
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Salt
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tb Chives or scallions
1 Bay leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash mushrooms and cut off stems. Make a marinade out of the remaining
ingredients. Cover mushrooms with this and marinade for at least 4 hours
(or overnite.) Stir them a few times as they marinate. Posted to The
