Thai Pickles 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

—for each jar—
2 c Water
1 c Vinegar
1/4 c Salt
2 Garlic clove
1 sm Thai pepper
1 Sprig dill

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash okra, leaving a short stem attached, pack into jars. Bring water &
vinegar & salt to boil (better to use 1/2 specified amount of salt). Pour
boiling mixture over okra. Add 1/4 tsp alum to each jar. Seal and age for 3
weeks.
