INSTRUCTIONS

1.Combine the cream cheese and soup mix in a bowl. Beat well. Stir in the
relish.
2.Cut the bread, horizontally to make two equal portions. Spread each cut
surface with the cream cheese mixture.
3.Cover the base portion with lettuce. Top with the pork, red pepper and
spring onions if used. Replace the top of the loaf and press together.
Secure with toothpicks if desired.
4.Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until required.
