INGREDIENTS

| 1 | tb | Sugar |
| 3 | tb | Vinegar |
| 1/2 | c | Sweet cream |
| 1 | tb | Flour |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| 1 | tb | Butter |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 2 | Eggs; hard-boiled, chopped | |
| 8 | oz | Cream cheese, OR 1/2-lb American cheese, cubed |
| 1 | tb | Onion, grated |
| 1 | sm | Jar pimentos, finely chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix first seven ingredients in a double boiler and cook until mixture thickens. While mixture is still hot add hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese or American cheese, onion and pimentos.
