INSTRUCTIONS
Reheat oven to 375°F, prepare pans. Combine sugar, egg, margarine, sour
cream & rum extract & beat until blended. Stir together dry ingredients &
add, stir until just mixed. Add pineappale & coconut. Spoon into pans &
bake for 20 mins. Makes 8-9 large muffins.
