Yet, when we run away from the slightest hint of criticism, we forfeit the very means by which our Lord wants to make us more effective and godly.

INGREDIENTS

3		Egg whites
1/2	ts	Baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine in bowl of mixmaster first 6 ingredients. Beat at high speed until
stiff. Add 1 cup of sugar a little at a time. Shape like a pie shell on
greased cookie sheet or form small amounts like birds nests and bake in 275
oven 1 hour, turn off oven and leave in oven to dry. Serve with ice cream
or fruit.
