INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | (8-oz) cream cheese |
| 2 | c | Finely chopped pecans |
| 1 | cn | (8.5-oz) crushed pineapple; drained |
| 1/4 | c | Green pepper; finely chopped |
| 2 | ts | Onion; finely chopped |
| 1 | ts | Seasoned salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Soften cream cheese & add 1 cup pecans. Add remaining ingredients except remaining pecans. Chill at least 1 hour. Mold into a ball & roll in remaining 1 cup nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
