INGREDIENTS

3 lb Chicken peices, up to 3-1/2
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 10 oz consomme
1 19 oz pineabble chunks
drained
1/2 c Diced green pepper
1/2 c Diced red pepper
1 c Sliced mushrooms
3 T Soya sauce.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and
lot's of paprika. Add consomme.  Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350
degrees. Turn skin side up. Add  pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, and
soya sauce. Continue baking,  covered until chicken is fork tender.
