INGREDIENTS
3 | lb | Chicken peices, up to 3-1/2 |

Paprika | ||
1 | 10 oz consomme | |
1 | 19 oz pineabble chunks | |
drained | ||
1/2 | c | Diced green pepper |
1/2 | c | Diced red pepper |
1 | c | Sliced mushrooms |
3 | T | Soya sauce. |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lot's of paprika. Add consomme. Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up. Add pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, and soya sauce. Continue baking, covered until chicken is fork tender. Uncover and bake until brown.
