INGREDIENTS

16 oz Can unsweetened pineapple
crushed & drained
2 Pears, peeled cored & diced
1 t Vanilla extract
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg
3 T Soy or safflower margarine
2/3 c Matzo meal
1/3 c Ground walnuts
1/2 c Light brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl &
pat into a 9-inch square baking pan. Melt margarine in a skillet &
remove from heat.  Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till
evenly coated with the margarine.  Sprinkle evenly over the top of  the
pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.  From Gemini's MASSIVE
