Combine pineapple, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1 teaspoon orange peel with
remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce
boils and thickens. Cool. Serve over ice cream, frozen yogurt, pancakes or
waffles. Makes about 8 servings.
