1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c Fresh mint leaves; chopped
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Sugar
1 pn Ground red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients together. May be stored in refrigerator up to 2 days.
