2 tb Red onion
1 Fresh jalapeno pepper; Seeded and minced
1 1/2 tb Chopped cilantro
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In medium serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill until
ready to serve.
