INSTRUCTIONS
Place pineapple in 6 small dessert dishes. In a small bowl, combine sour
cream with maple syrup until well blended. Spoon over the pineapple in the
dessert bowls. Refrigerate until well chilled -- at least 1 hour. Just
before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar.
