INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chilies, and black
olives. Spread over tortillas; roll up. Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap
and refrigerate overnight. To serve cut each roll-up into wheels; pass
salsa for dipping.
