Green onions or chives |

Brandy or apple juice |

Clove garlic; minced |

Cayenne pepper |

Chopped pistachios; for garnish |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients except nuts for garnish. Beat until thoroughly
blended (or process in food processor 30-45 seconds).
Refrigerate cheese mixture; when firm, shape into 4 balls and roll in
chopped pistachios. Or spoon into four 3-1/2x2-1/2-inch crocks; top with
chopped pistachios.
