INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Chopped nuts
1 Stick butter
1 1/2 c Flour
8 oz Cream cheese
1 1/2 c Confectioner's sugar
1 T Milk
1/2 c Cool Whip
2 Instant pistacio pudding
3 c Milk
3 for 20 to 25 minutes.Cool.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix CRUST LAYER 1 ingredients until crumbly. Press into pan and bake
at  LAYER 2: Beat and spread on cooled crust.  LAYER 3: Mix and put on
top of LAYER 2.  Top with cool whip and nuts.  Recipe by: A FRIEND
