(6-oz) Mozzarella cheese; grated |

Roll cheddar cheese; grated |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook beef & onions until beef is well done. Drain. Add oregano, soup,
catsup, garlic salt & pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture onto
open-faced buns & add Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese to each. Place under
broiler or in oven until cheese melts.
